Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy on faulty items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if your items are faulty.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges on items that are faulty or the wrong size. Please endeavour to make sure you pick the right size according to our size guides. If you need to exchange for a different size you will need to email us at sales@raresavage.co.uk and we will send you instructions. No exchanges will be processed until the original item is returned to us with all original tags and in an unworn state. You will need to pay for this and show proof of posting.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
